How do you reset maintenance light, reset service light indicator Scion tC, year 2014, 2015. For reset maintenance light and that can be made manually by use button on car dash board.

Reset service light indicator, engine oil life Scion tC, year 2014, 2015 oil reset instructions:

  1. Turn the ignition to run (one position before starting engine).
  2. Select trip metre A reading by using the trip metre button and then turn the ignition off.
  3. While pressing the trip meter reset button, turn the ignition switch to run (one position before starting engine).
  4. Continue to press and hold the button until the trip meter displays “000000”.
  5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

  1. With the engine running switch the display to trip metre A. Turn the engine off.
  2. While pressing the MODE button, turn the engine switch to the ON position (do not start the engine or the reset process will be cancelled). Continue to press and hold the button until the trip metre displays “000000”.
  3. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

3. While pressing the trip button for 5 seconds
4. The reset is complete when the MAINT REQ light turn off and the odometer indicates 0 and then returns to its regular display.
5. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
