This display indicates the total distance the vehicle has been driven. U.S. Federal regulations require that upon transfer of vehicle ownership, the seller certify to the purchaser the correct mileage that the vehicle has been driven. If your odometer needs to be repaired or serviced, the repair technician should leave the odometer reading the same as it was before the repair or service. If s/he cannot do so, then the odometer must be set at zero, and a sticker must be placed in the door jamb stating what the mileage was before the repair or service. It is a good idea for you to make a record of the odometer reading before the repair/ service, so that you can be sure that it is properly reset, or that the door jamb sticker is accurate if the odometer must be reset at zero.

If the vehicle is equipped with the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) in the instrument cluster, all warnings including “door” and “gate” and “Change Engine Oil” will only be displayed in the EVIC display. Instructions:

  1. Turn off the cars ignition.

  3. Turn the cars ignition on, but do not start. Keep the button in for 5 seconds.
  4. A menu will come up, like date/mileage.
  5. Let go and then press the button again.
  6. It will toggle through some options, then get to rst.
  7. Press the button again, and your done.

  1. Get into the car and shut all doors.
  2. Wait for the milage (km) and displays to go off .
  3. Press and hold the trip reset button.
  4. Put you foot on the brake, press and hold down.
  5. Turn on the ignition to the point where all the lights come on, do not start the engine.
  6. On the dysplay will appear message, InSP with four dashes “- – – – ” , the InSP will flash, do not release the trip button and brake pedal.
  7. Continue to hold the trip button and brake pedal for about 15 seconds.
  8. At this point InSP will stop flash and then the reset mileage 15,000-30,000 (depends on how many km/milage is set your car).
  9. Now you can release the trip button and brake pedal, the indicator is reset.

  1. With the ignition off, with all doors closed.
  2. Press and hold the button situated on the right of the dashboard, next to mileage (km/h)
  3. Turn the ignition to on, without starting the engine.
  4. Release the button and pressed again fore 1 second until the display shows service InSP message
  5. Rotat the same button to the right, until service – – – is displayed
